
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons butter
3.5 oz chopped unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons of organic coconut flakes *optional
1 cup sugar replacement
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F
Line a 8x8 baking pan
In a medium bowl, mix cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt
Melt together butter and chocolate in a small sauce pan
Beat together eggs, vanilla, coconut flakes, and sweetener
While whisking, slowly pour the melted chocolate and butter into the mixture
Add the egg and chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well
Pour the brownie batter into the baking pan
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick poked into center comes out clean
Let the brownies cool before cutting
