4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
4 deli ham slices
4 Swiss cheese slices
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
Coat a baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray and preheat oven to 350.
Next, pound the chicken breasts to about ½ inch thickness.
Sprinkle each breast with paprika and salt. Place a ham and cheese slice on top of each breast. Roll the edges of the chicken over the ham and cheese, securing them with toothpicks.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken has cooked through completely.
Remove toothpicks and serve with your favorite vegetable side dish.
