BEEF STEW
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs beef stew meat
4 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
4 medium celery sticks, cut into 1” slices
3 medium carrots, cut into 1” slices
1 teaspoon paprika
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS
Season beef with salt and pepper. Add additional spices if you prefer.
In a large pot, cook beef in oil over medium heat until brown.
Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire, garlic, onions, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low-medium heat. Cover and let simmer for at least 1.5 hours.
Add celery and carrots into pot. Cover and let the stew simmer for an additional 30-45 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Total recipes makes 6 delicious servings.
